Town Center Statue Antwerp Belgium

In the  middle of their city buildings there is a town square that displays a statue showing the people holding up a person at top.  The best view of this statue is at night after 10 or 11 pm when dinner is over and usually couples are out for a stroll and employees are heading home.  Otherwise, the square is populated with lots of people eating at near by restaurants and tourists looking at the sights. The flags represent the city building for this area.

Double Rainbow

On our way home from my nephew's wedding, a storm had just past over us and behold a double rainbow appeared above the farm lands. The richest colors come through right after a big storm as the sun peaks through the clouds.

Kansas Light Show

There is nothing like a Kansas storm for most photographers.  Capturing the lighting across the sky and occasionally get a wall cloud about to dump a tornado before during and after the event.

Togetherness!

During our trip to Seattle, we toured a glass exhibit that contained an outdoor flower garden in the middle of the exhibit.  As we walked through the glass flowers we noticed bumble bees feeding off the real flowers. It was hard to determine which was more beautiful, man made objects or nature.

My Rock

Our trip to Colorado allowed us to drive around the top of the mountain range and see rock formations that I have never seen in all my travels.  This huge rock was balancing on the other rocks with a beautiful view over the mountains.  It made me think of how pleasant this place would be to live if we all would turn to God and allow him to balance our huge and complicated lives.

Walk of Life

Do you feel like your time on earth has allowed you to walk towards the light? Not all paths lead this direction as stated in Psalm 43:3, but only your can make the decision to take the correct path for your eternal life.

Old style bridges

Driving to Cedar Rapids you pass by the old bridges that are no longer in commission, but are still standing and show the workmanship of our forefathers.
